About “Mommy’s on a Diet”

This website was created to chronical my transition to a healthier me. I am a working mom, who travels a lot, and has been trying to get healthier. When I started this blog, I was about 35 lbs into a weight loss journey that I began with my husband on January 6, 2013. In the end, I hope to lose about 75 lbs, and if you would like to come along for the ride, feel free to follow me.

This blog is a place for me to post about new exercise adventures, favorite recipes, great grocery store or restaurant finds, and just the roller-coaster ride that comes along with becoming a better me.

Feel free to browse around. I can’t promise I’ll always stay on topic, or that everything here will be helpful for you. But, hopefully there will be a little gem now and then that will inspire, encourage, or otherwise delight someone. Happy browsing!
